What gets deleted
- Your sign-in account and email address.
- Your saved delivery details and quote history.
What we must keep, and why
Records of orders you actually paid for are kept for seven years. UK accounting and tax law requires this; we cannot delete them on request. Everything else goes.
How to request it
Send one email from the address on the account. We confirm within 5 working days and complete deletion within 30 days.
