Why this page exists

In April 2024 one of the largest China shopping agents was shut down by law enforcement, its warehouses raided and customers’ parcels and account balances seized, following complaints from brand owners about counterfeit goods. Customers who had done nothing wrong lost their money and their parcels.

That is the risk of an agent that sources replicas. We do not, and this page is the commitment in writing. It protects our warehouse, and therefore it protects your parcel sitting inside it.

We will not source

• Counterfeits, replicas and brand-infringing goods — including "1:1", "UA", "rep" and unbranded copies of protected designs.
• Weapons, ammunition, and their parts; anything designed to injure.
• Drugs, controlled substances, and prescription medicines.
• Live animals, protected species, ivory, and related products.
• Flammable, explosive, corrosive or radioactive materials.
• Loose lithium batteries and power banks above carrier limits (batteries installed in a device are usually acceptable — ask us).
• Currency, bank cards, and financial instruments.
• Pornographic material, and anything illegal in either China or your destination country.
• Goods requiring an import licence you do not hold.

What happens if you order one anyway

We decline the order and refund you in full, including the service fee, before purchasing. If prohibited goods are discovered during warehouse inspection, we will not ship them; we return them to the seller where possible and refund what we recover.

Grey areas — just ask

Food, cosmetics, electronics with batteries, and liquids are restricted rather than banned, and the rules differ by destination country and carrier. Ask your country partner before you order, and you will get a straight answer rather than a parcel stuck in customs.
